- Basement finishing and renovation (family rooms, guest suites, basement apartments, custom features like whisky lounges with hand-made live-edge shelving)

- Insurance claim repairs and rebuilds: completing or correcting work another contractor left unfinished, and rebuilding after water, fire or other insured damage. Hawthorn is NOT a 24/7 emergency disaster response company and does not do emergency water extraction or drying. It is the contractor homeowners choose for the repair and rebuild after a claim, and it will walk an insurer's scope of loss with a homeowner at no charge.
